Dogging Rachel

The UK’s most prolific dogger “Rachel Reveals” has announced yet another full dogging tour of the UK at the end of June. The famous Rachel plans to embark on a national tour of all the largest dogging locations around the UK – dates and times to be announced on her own dogging website and the After Dark dogging forums.

In a recent interview Rachel disclosed the locations of several new dogging hotspots that she will be visiting during her tour, and confirmed that dogging is most definitely on the increase and as popular as ever, and with 19,000 followers on Twitter we can see why Rachel is so popular in the UK. You also only have to put “dogging cumslut” into Google and see what comes up.

Rachel has been running her own dogging website since 2006 and also during this time has been closely associated with the After Dark Forums, one of the biggest dogging and swinger’s websites on the internet since 1999.

Dogging signals

The most current dogging reports on one of the largest dogging websites in the UK, reports that the flashing of lights and interior lights to signal if couples and singles are interested in playing, is really just a myth.

Couples posting on the websites dogging forums say that in most cases they do not use the signalling of lights to attract other doggers, the action is usually started simply by opening the window and striking up a conversation with other people who are there.

They say it is far easier to say good evening to someone who is walking past the car and then strike up a conversation and steer this towards something sexual rather than sitting there and flashing tail lights and interior lights at each other for hours on end with no one having the courage to actually get of the car and come over.

Dogging legend “Rachel Reveals” who is a member of the dogging forums, was quoted saying “Why the hell should I get out of my car and totter around a car park in the dark in my short skirt, stockings and heels, looking for guys to play with” She believes that guys should make the first move simply by walking over and saying hello and striking up a conversation that would then lead to some dogging fun.

“Having sex in a public place is not actually an offence – the offence is one of public indecency, or public nuisance – so it’s difficult to enforce any law,” a spokesman said.

Dogging in Derbyshire

MARKEATON Park and Allestree Park are both on a list of top dogging sites in Derbyshire.

The popular family destinations appear to take on a more seedy edge under the cover of darkness, according to one website, Dogging AfterDark.

The site points out the secluded car parks as being a draw for the “doggers”.

The underground practice involves people performing sex acts in cars or in secluded spots while others watch.

Those who take part claim the activity falls through a legal loophole because it is not an offence to have sex in public unless it causes outrage to a witness.

Participants often meet and share information online, and several websites contain lists of popular dogging locations across Derbyshire.

The Allestree site hit the headlines during the trial of Mick and Mairead Philpott, who had taken part in the activity in one of the car parks.

And, in 2009, Derbyshire police cracked down on the Markeaton Park site to stop doggers from using the car park.

Other areas said to be popular with doggers are Manners Industrial Estate, Ilkeston, as well as Matlock’s High Ordish picnic site.

Hardwick Park, Clay Cross; Sandy Lane, Horsley; Staunton Harold Reservoir, in Melbourne; and the old brick works site at Ripley are also said to be popular sites.

However, the site does debunk one “myth” stating that Alport Heights near Wirksworth is a “complete wild goose chase”.

Other sites include Langdon Hills Country Park in Basildon, Cudmore Grove Country park in Mersea Island and a car park off Colchester Road in Coggeshall.

Other sites include a spot behind Leigh-on-Sea railway station, a car park beside a Travelodge hotel in Southgate Road between Romford and Southend and a car park opposite the Camelot Pub in Chigwell.

A further two on the hit list include Clacton’s Holland Haven Country Park and a car park at Hainault’s country park.

Mid Devon beauty spot ‘over-run’ by doggers

WALKERS say they have had enough of strangers who are meeting for casual sex at a Mid Devon beauty spot which has become one of the South West’s most popular spots for dogging.

Land near Bolham has been advertised on several websites including Dogging AfterDark, as one of the best places to engage in the practice of watching strangers have sex in public places in the East Devon area.

Because it is close to the M5 motorway and the A361 North Devon Link Road, and has space for car parking, the site has been “over-run” in recent weeks, said one woman who exercised her dogs there.

“It used to be a bit of a problem on some nights of the week, and I didn’t feel safe there after dark,” she said.

The site is described on one site as being an excellent place to meet for sex with strangers because of its transport links and the fact that there are ramshackle farm buildings and hedges for privacy.

Police say they are unsure whether those meeting at the spot for sex are breaking the law, and the Devon & Cornwall Force is currently reviewing its policy on dogging.
